Insurance

We accept the following insurances:​​

• Highmark (Blue Cross of NEPA)

• Geisinger (commercial plans)

• Aetna

• Optum

• Plan Stewards

• Varipro

We will be happy to help you understand the information related to insurance. As a courtesy, we verify insurance benefits; however, we do encourage clients to verify benefits directly with their insurance provider as clients are ultimately responsible for charges not paid by insurance, such as deductibles, copays, or coinsurance.

Fees

If you do not plan to use insurance or are using an insurance that we are not in network with, sessions are $180.  We can send you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Payment

We keep a credit card on file to collect any fees associated with treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Once you make an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. There is a $50 charge for any no-shows or late cancellations. Late cancellations occur in less than 24 hours advance notice of cancellation.  Clinicians will wait 15 minutes for a client before the session is considered a no-show.
