Lasting Wellness LLC is currently in search of one licensed psychotherapist (PhD, PsyD, MFT, LCSW, or LPC) with at least two years post-licensure experience to complete our team.  We are a small group practice with a mission to provide quality mental health services to adults in the NEPA community.  Services are provided in person and via Telehealth. 

 

We value communicating with openness, honesty, and integrity and maintaining a healthy work/life balance.  ​We strongly believe that in order to provide good care to our clients, we must first take good care of ourselves.  Candidate will be employee status and must be available for a minimum of 10 hours and two day per week.  Scheduling is very flexible though nights and weekend availability fills up faster.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation is based on clinical sessions completed and paid out every other week (no waiting for insurances to process payment)

• Paid time off (one hour accrued for every 25 clinical hours worked)

• Company match 401K (up to 3.5% match)

• Base (starting) rate for clinical work is $55/hour for Master’s Level licensed clinicians and $75/hour for doctoral level licensed clinicians.  Raises are available for for completing certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and for maintaining higher caseloads. 

• $300 annual payment toward CEU’s that support the mission of Lasting Wellness LLC for clinicians maintaining 10 clients/week.

• Paid training in perinatal mood disorders at the onset of employment

• Membership to Postpartum Support International (includes training discounts & consultation groups)

• Malpractice insurance covered for work at Lasting Wellness LLC
